What does the interview process look like?
Our interview process is designed to help us get to know you, and for you to learn more about us! Please be patient as we review your application; every application is reviewed by a real person, not an algorithm. The interview process varies by role, but on average you can expect 3–5 conversations, which may include:
- A conversation with our People & Culture Team for a chance to ask questions and learn more about Photonic
- Discussions with technical leaders to explore your skills and experiences
- Meetings with potential team members & collaborators so you can get a feel for the people you’d work with
